Meeting Rooms

A number of our buildings have meeting rooms that are available for tenant and public use. Rooms can be booked for social events that are finished by 10:00 pm and that will not disturb tenants who live in the building. Parental supervision must be provided during any event for children.

The rooms will not be rented to individuals and/or groups that may violate or promote violation of the rights that are guaranteed under the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Canadian Charter of Freedoms.

Fees

Tenants and non-profit groups:
$15 for each meeting
Non-tenants and for-profit groups:
$30 for the first 4 hours
$5 for each additional hour

A damage deposit of $45 must be paid in advance.
